什麼情況需要觀察電腦的網路流量？通常測試傳輸速度時比較常用到，也可以用在檢測電腦異常的問題，惡意程式有可能在背景偷偷傳輸資料，這是一般人比較少用的方式，BitMeter 是一款介面陽春的網路卡流量統計工具，不過功能面算是頗實在的，除了能即時顯示當前流量之外，也能統計每小時、每天、每月的使用量，更可以設定速度與流量的警示，或是設定整體的流量限制。


介面上若與 NetWorx 相比真的是陽春許多，不過可以自己設定線條邊框的顏色與透明度，色彩的搭配就看個人喜好囉！



最值得一提的就是可以在設定中開啟網站伺服器的功能，讓你可以透過網頁來檢視電腦的流量狀態，譬如說你的電腦是伺服器之類的，就可以即時透過網頁的方式觀察流量，也能從設定中調整色彩樣式，這項功能真的頗不錯的！
